Update on Courtallam meet and a reminder

Our organising team is busy planning for our meet in Courtallam in June. Chellakumar is following up mobilisation of funds and Soma is in advanced stage of discussion finalising food arrangements. Sundar and team is visiting Courtallam to finalise accommodation booking on 17th of May.

The total budget for the meet is estimated to be Rs 1,20,000/-. We have collected so far around Rs 65,000/- which is slightly more than 50% of the cost involved.

As things unfold, we realised that the per capita expense budget for the meet needs revision.

Hence, we would like to bring to your notice that the budgeted per capita expence has been revised to Rs 3,000/- from the earlier announced Rs 1,500/-. All members please take note.

Those who wish to contribute late, please give a commitment, so that we can plan accordingly.
