Planning activities for June Courtallam Meet

Fellow KOB’ians,

You all know that our first get-together has been fixed on 25 th and 26th of June 2016 at Courtallam. We will be assembling at Courtallam at 8:00 AM of 25th June. A detailed agenda is under preparation and will be made available once it is finalised.

I request you all to attend the grand meeting without fail.
A T-shirt with our logo is planned to be distributed to all the members. We require that you submit the size of your T-shirt to me in WhatsApp (Sakthivel : 76674 65915)

A booklet with contact details / bio-data of members is planned to be prepared and distributed during the meet. All you need is to fill up your personal datasheet form and mail to P. Mariappan or whatsapp to him. You can also fill the form electronically here : http://www.kob87.in/kob87-members-personal-data-sheet-format/. We need your recent color photo to print in the booklet.

It is proposed to collect a sum of Rs 1500/- per member towards the expenses of Courtallam trip. You are required to pay this amount upfront for us to pay towards various facilities we plan in the meet.

1) Please note that the amount mentioned is tentative and any extra money from this will be spent for the charity activity we planned.

2) If you plan to contribute more than the specified amount, you are more than welcome. We also want to tell you that this is completely voluntary and no questions will be asked if you pay less than Rs 1500/-

3) Food, accommodation and other entertainment facilities at Courtallam will be taken care by the organizing committe. You have to take care of travel to and from Courtallam and any alcoholic beverage that you may wish to have.
